Who is THE BACUM!?
He’s a one-man-fits-all music artist who’s played in several alternative rock bands in his early youth and later on.
In 2015, he left his previous band and released his first solo album, ALL, which comprised a collection of songs written during the previous years of wandering throughout Europe, once defined by a critic as ‘hyperkinetic, eclectic, sappy and chill at the same time’.
It spanned many styles. In fact, another music journalist defined it as ‘pretentious pop where glam, rock, gospel and electronic music fight courteously’.
At the end of 2017, the second effort was released under the name of BEAUTY.
From late 2019 to October 2020, he decided to publish one song a month, finalising his regular 8-song-album CAN.
Currently, his new album, DECEIVE, has been launched from his headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In the past, THE BACUM has collaborated in different projects with other independent musicians such as Venezuelan poet NOEL GRISANTI and fellow Argentinian musician SOSOJEY.
Aside from his solo work, he’s currently working on a duet project, along with Argentine songwriter ANEETA (ex session band member for DANIEL JOHNSTON), co-composing and producing new material while covering their common musical heroes as well (The Beatles, The Velvet Underground, among other). At the moment, they're soon to present their newest track Una Otra Vez , and they play live acoustics in Buenos Aires.
He also appears regularly on several radio and streaming shows, such as Let It Bit on ON Radio , as a music guest commentator.
